There are generally two types of individual: the first will eat anything they like the second will to a strict diet. I’m sure you know what I mean when I say everything; someone that will eat even stale bread and out of date yoghurt’s from the refrigerator. There is no getting away from it most of us enjoy food that is sweet and high in sugar. We all seem to seek this ‘instant gratification’ never considering how beneficial health supplements can be.
If that sounds like you I would warn against such behavior that can have such a detrimental effect on your long term health. I don’t really need to tell you how dangerous this is for your health, so maybe it’s time you got rid of some of these bad habits and tried some health supplements instead. These supplements often give you far more than you realize short term and long term. The worst thing is when people who have never tried them say how awful they taste.
You should always try a thing before you blurt out that you can’t stand it; you aren’t being asked to eat a slimy frog now are you? You can be sure that the dreaded four of salt, sugar, saturated fats and cholesterol aren’t there because our diets contain too much of these already.
