Mia is a Registered Dietitian specializing in evidence-based nutrition counseling to support individuals in improving health, managing nutrition-related concerns, and reaching their wellness goals. Her approach makes healthy eating approachable, practical, and rooted in your culture, lifestyle, and goals.

Whether you’re managing a medical condition, improving metabolic health, or simply striving to feel your best, Mia provides respectful, science-based guidance that supports sustainable nutrition habits.

Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services are available in New Jersey through in-person visits in Northern NJ and via telehealth. Services in other states are provided in accordance with state licensure and telehealth regulations. Insurance coverage varies by plan and location.
